We are now enlisting the services of Copart to conduct our public sale auctions. You may visit their website at http://www.copart.com. Photos and complete details of all of our impound auction vehicles can be seen by clicking on the links below. Advance registration is required for bidding, but once you have a bidder account, you will have access to thousands of cars for sale each week.
Auctions begin at 12 noon on the day of the sale. If you would like to examine the vehicles, Copart is located at 2829 SE 15TH ST, Oklahoma City, OK. They are open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Bidding is done online via their website.

Payments for all purchases are due in accordance with the policies of Copart. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once Copart has confirmed that a successful bidder has completed the sale process, Title 42 paperwork will be issued by American Eagle Towing.
In accordance with rules of the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the former registered owner(s) of a vehicle WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PURCHASE THEIR VEHICLE BACK AT AUCTION. There will not ever be exceptions to this rule. If you manage to place a winning bid, you will not receive the vehicle nor any paperwork.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TITLE 42 DOCUMENTS:
These vehicles may not be not street legal until you’ve taken your approved Title 42 to a tag agency and obtained a registration. If you are caught driving the vehicle before you register it, you will risk having the vehicle impounded. American Eagle Towing has no responsibility to assist you in getting your vehicle out of impound.
The name and address on your sign in form that you provide to Copart to obtain your bidder number is EXACTLY how it will be worded on your documents and your title. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you write legibly. Any changes we have to make will incur a fee of $20. Be sure to use a permanent address due to the length of time it takes to receive an approved Title 42 document. If Title 42 documents are lost there will be a charge of $100 to replace them.
American Eagle Towing does not guarantee the odometer reading, year, make and model of the vehicles being sold. All vehicles are sold completely “AS IS, WHERE IS”. There is no warranty of any kind extended to anyone. Be aware that it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for the Oklahoma Tax Commission to approve and return Title 42 documents. In the event that we cannot provide you with an approved Title 42 in a reasonable time, we will allow the return of the vehicle and refund your purchase price. For this reason, we recommend that you do not spend any money on nor make any changes to the vehicle until you have an approved Title 42 packet in your hand.
American Eagle Towing is not responsible for damages to your vehicle or contents once the auction is over. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur before or after the auction. We are not responsible for accidents, injury, damages or loss as a result of operating any vehicle purchased at our auction.
American Eagle Towing reserves the right to bid on any item offered for public auction.
